Refund policy

At Blue Water Marine, we want to ensure that you receive the correct part for your needs. We offer a straightforward return and exchange process to accommodate any issues with your order.

Returns and Exchanges:

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are in new, uninstalled condition. Electrical parts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Condition: Returned items must be uninstalled, undamaged, and include all original packaging and components. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. However, this fee will be waived if you are exchanging the item or reordering the correct part.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Return Authorization: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at bluewatermarine21@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Additional Notes:

Items returned due to an "Insufficient Address" will be subject to return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Electrical Parts: No returns, exchanges, or warranties are available for electrical trolling motor parts or accessories installed by the customer.

Warranty Information:

Customer-Installed Parts: Parts installed by the customer do not come with a manufacturer warranty.
Authorized Service Center: Parts installed by an Authorized Service Center are eligible for a manufacturer warranty through that Service Center.

Minn Kota: 90-day parts and labor warranty.

International Shipping:

We currently ship orders within the United States only. If you require shipping outside the U.S., we recommend using a package forwarding service. Please note that our responsibility for lost or damaged items ends once your order safely reaches the forwarding service's U.S. address. Any issues that arise after delivery to the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
